MOST IMPORTANT SAFETY ADVICE
-
Trust God to keep His never-failing word. We are safe with Him! Faith believes and faith speaks, so get God’s healing, protecting word in your mouth and then rest in Him. That’s what real faith does.

SERVICE GUIDELINES
-
We will conform to sanctuary distancing by staying out of groups and holding off on hugs, handshakes, etc. Even if you feel safe, the other person you grab may not! Please be respectful. (More below on distancing).
-
If you or anyone in your home has symptoms, we ask that no one in your household attend service.
-
We have provided packets for you with hand sanitizer gel and wipes. You will receive one packet at the door as you enter the building. Please make use of these items. Or let whoever is assisting at the door spray your hands with either rubbing alcohol or alcohol-based hand sanitizer. Making use of your packet items or getting your hands sprayed is required upon entering the building. If you don’t want hand sanitizer or rubbing alcohol sprayed on your hands, then please go to the restroom and wash your hands before you are seated.
-
We have face masks in the lobby if you don’t already have one. We will be practicing social distancing while seated (assuming everyone listens to the directions below to not sit next to someone you don’t live with), but if you are in a group before or after service without practicing social distancing (6ft apart), please wear a face mask. And of course, you can wear a face mask the whole service if you prefer.
-
We have a touch free infrared thermometer if you’d like someone to point it at your forehead and take your temperature.
SANCTUARY DISTANCING GUIDELINES. These are required guidelines.
-
Stay out of groups while in the building. In other words, practice social distancing (6ft apart).
-
If you live together, you can sit together and hang out together.
-
No hugging. No handshaking.
-
We have moved the rows so folks are sitting 6 ft away, front to back. And, we are asking folks to not sit next to anyone they don't live with. Leave at least 2 chairs between you and others (not from your household).
PRECAUTIONS MIRACLE CITY IS TAKING FOR YOUR SAFETY
-
The church has been cleaned, wiped down, and disinfected with disinfectant foggers that cover almost everything. Plus, weeks have passed since we last gathered, so we are sure surfaces are safe.
-
We have touch-free soap dispensers in each restroom.
-
The tithe bucket will be set up front. You can bring your tithes to the bucket once we announce, or you can put your tithe in the white wall mounted box to the right of the lady’s restroom. You can do this after service or during the offering.
-
There will be no greeters for a season. Instead, we will have the doors propped open as you enter the building.
NATURAL THINGS YOU CAN DO FOR SAFETY
-
Wash your hands often.
-
Do not touch your face (especially eyes, nose, mouth).
-
Use alcohol hand disinfectants (spray, gel, or wipes) if you are unable to wash your hands.
-
Get out in the sun.
-
Keep your immune system strong (Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Zinc, Echinacea, Solstic Immune [which has all the pre-mentioned in it], etc), Tonic Water mixed with your favorite Izze drink, etc. If you need something and can’t purchase it right now, please see me. I would rather give you something than you do without if you need it.
-
Use an infrared sauna if you have access to one.
SUNDAY SERVICE 8/9/20
FRI
8/7/20
Hello healthy MC family!
I’m writing concerning church services. We still have variables that James and I feel should delay our services for one more week (therefore, no service on 8/9/20). This is very disappointing for us, but we must put the safety of our church family first. We will be explaining everything when we can all gather, but one thing we took into consideration concerning this week is the fact that so many folks have already stated they will not be in attendance this week (8/9/20). They are either in quarantine, or waiting for covid test results, or not feeling they should return yet.
There’s another situation concerning the church building (I can explain later), but we will either be able to resolve that issue this week, or we will have an outdoor service on 8/16/20. I will send more details later concerning the service on 8/16/20, but for now please use this time to draw close to the Lord, seek His wisdom, learn to be completely led by our precious Holy Spirit, and pray for one another! I can’t stress this enough!
I also highly recommend declaring Psalms 91 and healing scriptures and anything else the Lord leads you to do. All of the tools you need to do this are in the Miracle City App, and of course looking these scriptures up in your bible (seeing them and speaking them) is powerful! And always ask the Lord for revelation concerning His word!
I’ve mentioned multiple times and I’ll mention again … please let us know if you need anything. Some folks have kept in touch with us. Some haven’t. We really do love you all and care about you deeply. We are praying for us all fervently. We are declaring the Word of God over us all. We are taking communion daily, holding us all up before the Lord, reverencing Him, remembering all He’s done for us on the cross, and RECEIVING all He’s done for us on the cross!!
We will be together soon and we believe with all our heart that mighty, mighty things from our awesome God await us! We may have been kicked by the defeated enemy, but we will not give in and we will not crumble. Failure is not an option! We rise up in faith, in the truth of our God’s Word, and we advance forward in His presence, His power, and His plan! We are the mighty and supernatural army of God Almighty! We already have the victory! We already have heaven on earth! We are not going to win … we already have won, glory to God!
We will be communicating soon! Remember, the Spirit of God Almighty lives right there inside you! All that you need is just a whisper away! He loves you! He wants you to release your faith and then rest in Him. He wants you to receive all He has already provided for you! You are healed! You are healthy! You are protected! You are victorious! You are more than an overcomer! You are a loved child of the Most-High God! Nothing, nothing, nothing can hold you down or defeat you! Rise up and rejoice and just watch what our amazing God does!
SUNDAY SERVICES
FRI
7/31/20
Hello precious, healthy MC family! I’m sorry for the “late in the week” notice, but I was gathering more info before James and I made a decision and I wrote.
We’ve had a few more covid-19 tests come back positive, although some of them have stated they were NOT exposed at Miracle City. They became aware of being exposed around someone/some place after MC had shut down.
The current status as we can see (although we stand our ground everyone is healed and whole in Jesus’ name), is multiple folks diagnosed positive and therefore, these folks are quarantined in their homes. We have other folks still waiting for test results to come back.
Concerning the disinfecting of the church, a new variable, that could not be prevented, has come into play which has prevented me from doing the disinfectant smoke bomb. And I will do that before we return to the building. It will only take one day, but it will take the entire day.
Another variable that came into play ... I was notified by the health department because someone who tested positive for covid-19, mentioned Miracle City, which is fine. We always want to be honest. But, due to that, the phone call was to notify me and to notify others. Because I absolutely refuse to give out your private information, I promised the health department I had already notified everyone and that I was forcing a quarantine.
And, because this latest report of a positive covid was dated July 24th, the health department is expecting an extended quarantine beyond that date. I assured her that no one has gathered in the building since July 12th, but she was insistent that was the date the person gave. So, if I was going to handle this myself, vs them notifying everyone, I agreed to do at least one more week quarantine. We’ll look at things after that, but we’re believing to be back to normal the following Sunday.
Without going into more details here (and I promise to explain more later), James and I have made the decision to keep Miracle City closed at least one more Sunday. So, there will be no service on Sunday, August 2nd.
With tears, I write these letters because I feel so hurt over all of this. We miss you all and love you all beyond words! And please know that I am praying for all of us, like I never have before (and I sure prayed a lot before). I have taken communion daily as I stand in the gap for this church and our families. I have declared the never-failing word of GOD over everyone continually! And, I have to say, I have experienced our precious LORD in ways that can only make me weep!! His peace and presence has consumed me, at a time I needed him desperately.
So, I’ll end with this. To every one of you who have supported our decisions, and checked in on us, and prayed for us, and been there for us … we send the biggest of THANKS and hugs! You’ll never know how much your kind words and prayers have meant!
As well, we want to thank those of you who have continued sowing your tithes, helping us to keep the doors of MC open!
Please take this time to grow closer to the LORD! I know in my spirit, as I’m sure you do too, that exciting, glorious days are ahead! We will not buckle under pressure. We will rise up and draw even closer to our amazing FATHER GOD! We will stand on HIS word and know beyond a doubt that it does not fail! And finally … will all that’s in me, I ask you to walk in love and stay in love!! Nothing matters more, especially now, than being all our HEAVENLY FATHER has destined us to be!
Again, we love you!! Please reach out to us if you need anything!!
Declare the Blood of Jesus
Wed
7/22/20
Hello MC family. Below is a Blood of Jesus prayer I'm asking you to DAILY pray over MC, the folks, your family and yourself. We are doing all we can in the natural to keep us safe, but we all must still do what's necessary spiritually. Maybe if we would all come together in love and unity, doing our part spiritually, we wouldn't have to do as many natural things. God tells us to "Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere" (Eph 6:18). We all need to obey this verse. Thank you in advance for praying!

---------------------------------------------------
The prayer starts below, but first ... Do you ever stop to think how powerful the Blood of Jesus is? Do you know that His Blood carries all the Power and Life that is in Jesus?
When we, as children of God, speak the “Blood of Jesus” in faith, we are bringing all the creative Life Force of the universe and of Heaven, to bear up against Satan and all his evil and darkness.
I could go on and on about the powerful Blood of Jesus, that at the Cross, destroyed all the works of Satan!
And, when we open our mouth and release our faith in this precious Blood of Jesus, it’s as if we are walking through the open door to the manifest presence of Jesus, allowing the Life Force in His Blood to manifest the FINISHED work of the Cross!
Now, let’s combine this “explosion of power” with the power that we know is in a prayer of agreement.
Wow! Are you seeing what I’m seeing?
My desire is that many will declare this Blood of Jesus prayer daily!
Think of the significance and impact of many blood-bought children of God, coming together in agreement and releasing our faith over our church, our families and ourselves.
Let’s do this Church and just watch what our awesome God will do as we plead the Blood of His precious Son, against all of Satan’s evil: works, plans, maneuvers, and darkness … bringing them to nothingness, in Jesus’ Mighty Name! Hallelujah!
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Pray the Blood of Jesus Over Miracle City, Your Family and Yourself
Father God, as I apply the Blood of Jesus through prayer, I stand on, activate, and expect the Covenant promises of Your Word, made available to us, through the Blood of Jesus!
In Jesus’ Mighty Name, I cover Miracle City, all the folks, all my family, and myself with the Blood of Jesus Christ.
I apply the Blood of Jesus to us - spirit, soul, and body - receiving into our lives, the Resurrection Power and Life that is in that Blood.

I apply the Blood of Jesus as a border of protection around each of us, our church, the decisions concerning our church, and the decisions of all the people.
I apply the Blood of Jesus to our spiritual hearing, the work of our hands, our walk with you God, and every aspect of our lives (Leviticus 14:14).
By the power of Jesus’ Blood, I break off every power of the kingdom of darkness and I cancel every assignment and every maneuver of the devil against Miracle City, the people, my family, and myself.
No sickness, disease, virus or evil will come near us, and every attack and maneuver of the enemy (whether devil’s or evil men and women), is spoiled. Every plan and purpose of the enemy is destroyed RIGHT NOW in Jesus’ Name!
The Blood of Jesus is against you Satan and all your evil spirits, and I declare to you in the Name of Jesus that you have no authority over Miracle City ... no authority over the people … no authority over my family ... and no authority over me!
According to Matthew 18:18, I bind you from operating against us in any way. Our lives are hidden in Christ. You have no power to bring any part of the curse upon us.
As born-again children of God, we take our stand as the redeemed of the Lord - TOTALLY redeemed from every part of the curse. So you must flee now Satan! We take our place in God and we resist you in Jesus Name.
I call forth, in the Name of Jesus, all of God’s plans and purposes for Miracle City, the people, my family and myself.
I call forth repentance and healing for every one of us. I declare by faith that we obey the voice of God and we walk in the fullness of His Wisdom, His Love, and His mighty Presence and Power.
I pray the Blood of Jesus over us as a covering and protection against every: evil word, evil person, evil spirit, evil plan of the devil and every evil thing. I pray that every distraction the enemy tries to stir up is drawn away by the Wind of the Holy Spirit.
I pray the Spirit of the Lord will silence every tongue that would even attempt to rise up against any of God’s people. And, I pray the Spirit of the Lord will silence every tongue that speaks contrary to the plans and perfect will of God in our lives.
I rebuke all words spoken against us. I rebuke all bad seeds sown. I break the curse and the power of those words and seeds. The Blood of Jesus is against them. They will not produce a harvest, and they will not prosper in our lives. No weapon formed against us will prosper.
I thank You Lord for your protection and for Your blessing upon each of us. I praise You, and I give You all the Glory Father ... in Jesus Mighty Name! Amen!
Wednesday Services
Wed
6/10/20
Hello blessed MC family.
After reviewing the Wednesday Feedback Forms and looking at multiple other variables (that I mentioned on the previous update on this page), I've decided to hold off on resuming service on Wednesday's until at least August, possibly September. And of course, if I hear direction from God stating otherwise, I'll obey immediately.
We had only 3 folks that attend on Wednesday's want to resume services now. All the rest of the folks that attend on Wednesday’s voted to resume in September and one voted to resume in August. It was 80% wait and 20% resume now.
James and I have talked of doing some occasional "event-like" things on some Wednesday's. I'll announce any ideas we have.
We were thinking fireworks on July 1st (Wed), or 2nd, or 3rd, but we would need a “fire starter” and some help getting things set up. Your feedback on this is welcome.
Another thing we’d like to do on a “great weather” Wednesday, is walk the 40-acre trail and pray over the MC vision, the MC folks, our state, our nation, etc. I’ll send info on this in the near future.
Another thing I've been thinking on, is having a Miracle Service. We haven’t had one in some time. I’m praying for God’s direction on this.
Also during this time, I have been and will continue to develop our children’s program. This is something that I’ve not given much time to in the past because I haven’t had the help or the time to do so. This is so very important to me and it’s something that needs to be done for our precious children. Laurie started working with me before the pandemic and we have some exciting things in store for our kids. A program that will “capture” their hearts for Jesus!
I hope the folks who wanted to resume Wednesday services NOW, can understand all the variables that brought us to this decision. I personally love our Wednesday “bible study-like” services, but this break will give me an opportunity to draw even more near to the Lord to find His direction for MC. This break will give you more time to draw near to the Lord.
I feel in my spirit that we (the church as a whole) are at a crucial crossroad, therefore some crucial decisions need to be made. Every one of us needs to be hearing from God right now. I can’t stress enough the urgency of this in my spirit. I didn’t go into detail in the previous update, but me feeling the need for folks to “catch up” life, was linked to this.
I understand being overloaded with things, so much so, that I have to give up sleep and even more, to have time with God. I don’t want that for me any longer and I don’t want that for you. The most important thing we can do in our Christian walk is to have a relationship with God … to draw close to Him, to talk with Him, to hear from Him, and to obey Him. And this is not just some nice, fluffy, “sound good” phrase. This should be our lifestyle and must become our lifestyle. We don’t’ want to be like the ones in Noah’s day who ignored the warnings and missed the Ark. Please spend any extra time you have, drawing close to God! Please!!!!
Revival is upon us and James and I (who have been way, way overloaded), need to hear God’s direction and plan for us and Miracle City. I am pressing in more than ever for God’s direction, God’s plan, God’s presence, God’s love, God’s power … a REVIVAL like this world has never seen!
With the temporary absence of Wednesday services, let’s come to church on Sundays’ more hungry, more expectant, more prayed up, more in love with God and others, and more on fire for God! I really believe God is up to something amazing and we are a part of it! Get ready, get excited, get expectant! It’s closer than you think!
James and I love you all so very much! You are our family and we want to serve you the best we can! Let’s not remember 2020 as the year of the corona-virus, the pandemic, the murder hornets, the toilet paper shortage, the riots, etc …
Let’s remember 2020 as the year of the presence of our LORD like never before! … because that’s what it will be if we simply press in to HIM!
Returning to Church on Wednesday's
FRIDAY
6/5/20

I’m wondering your thoughts on Wednesday services. A few have inquired about Wednesday’s, so I felt I needed to put something “out there.” I’ll have some questions for you to answer on Sunday, but please first read my thoughts. 😊
MY THOUGHTS
We of course, first held off on returning to Wednesday services due to the safety of our church family. I really don’t feel there is danger right now, or we would continue to hold off on every service. In the beginning of the pandemic we didn’t know much. We know much more now. We are still taking safety measures, but we do feel we are safe in the presence of our Lord.
Below are some reason’s I have held off on Wednesday services. And I’ll add here that we will definitely return to Wednesday services, but I’m trying to decide when.
-
Up until now, I haven’t felt in my spirit, that we were supposed to return yet. Whether God was trying to show me some things (which He did), or give me a break, or there was some other reason, I had not felt the “go ahead” yet. I have been seeking God on this, and although I feel it is okay to return to Wednesday services, I still have some hesitation for other reasons.
-
One of those reasons is that we have all been in lock down for some time. I feel that many are just trying to play catch up with life right now and are likely happy (and relieved) to have a little more time to get things done. We were very low in attendance on Wednesday’s even before the pandemic, so for many, there has not been much interest (or availability in some cases) concerning Wednesday’s. I will give an opportunity for you to let me know where you stand concerning Wednesday’s.
-
Still another reason (and the least important to me) is that I am the one doing all the cleaning of the church right now, as well as all the disinfecting of the church after each service, so I’m hesitant to add another day of cleaning to my “many things to do” list, which is what Wednesday’s would create. Dianne has been good to wipe down some things on Sunday mornings and Betty has helped too in that area. Kelly and Victoria came up and cleaned and disinfected the whole church before we first returned on Sunday’s. But I feel it’s best to disinfect after each service, as well as the whole church needs cleaned regularly (since I lost that help, at least for now). So, that’s quite a bit more on my plate. I need to make sure my main focus and time is for the Lord and His plans.
With all that said, you will receive a paper on Sunday with a few simple questions. Please circle your answers so I can see where we are right now. This will help me in making a decision on when to resume Wednesday services. Of course I will always override anyone’s preferences, including my own to obey the Lord, but until God directs me otherwise, your response will help me.
QUESTIONS YOU WILL RECEIVE ON SUNDAY
You will receive a paper to fill out near the end of the service. It will have the same questions I have listed below. Please DO NOT put your name on it unless you want me to know your thoughts. Just circle your choices. Thank you for helping me in this.

CONTINUED GUIDELINES
If you or anyone in your home has symptoms, we ask that no one in your household attend service.
You are welcome to wear masks, but they are not required. We have masks available at the front door for free, if you need one.
We have a touch free infrared thermometer if you’d like someone to point it at your forehead and take your temperature. Please ask Dianne at the front door.
We have hand sanitizer at the door if you would like Dianne to spray your hands upon entering the building. We feel taking this measure will help wipe out germs and concerns. Please read last weeks memo if you would like to see the ingredients in our sanitizers.
We are still observing social distancing inside the building. What does that mean?
-
We have moved the rows so folks are sitting 6 ft away, front to back. And, we are asking folks to not sit next to anyone they don't live with. Leave at least 2 chairs between you and others (not from your household).
-
Seating is available in the kitchen or lobby if necessary.
-
We're asking folks to not doing any hugging or handshakes right now.
For your protection, we have sanitized touchable surfaces and will do so during the time before and after services.
There will be no greeters for a season. Instead, we will have the doors propped open as you enter the building.
NATURAL THINGS YOU CAN DO FOR SAFETY
-
Get out in the sun. Heat and even humidity is a great virus destroyer.
-
Use an infrared sauna if you have access to one.
-
Use alcohol hand disinfectants (spray, gel, or wipes)
-
Wash your hands often.
-
Do not touch your face (especially eyes, nose, mouth)
-
Keep your immune system strong (Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Zinc, Echinacea, Solstic Immune [which has all the pre-mentioned in it], etc). If you need something and can’t purchase it right now, please see me. I would rather give you something than you do without if you need it.
FINALLY
We are so excited to come together each week in the presence of our awesome God. We are expecting a mighty outpouring of His Spirit, power and love! We know this pandemic will fade away and as I stated before, we are safe with God! We trust Him and will continue to trust Him. And of course, we will continue to keep us all in prayer and covered by the blood of Jesus!
We love you all!

RECAP OF LAST SUNDAY
Sunday (5/17/20), was wonderful like the week before! And as always, it’s so great to be with our family again! Every week we can see things flowing back into “normal.” But, as I’ve said before, I’m expecting way beyond normal. That would include life-changing encounters with God, His presence and power like never before, and full-blown REVIVAL! Please continue to expect with me!
All the guidelines I gave for last week are still in effect for this week, so I won’t rewrite them.
If you have not seen these guidelines, please view them below (Miracle City Memo for 5/17/20).
NEW INFORMATION
Something I want to touch base on is a guideline we made mandatory last week. That guideline was for you to allow us to apply spray hand sanitizer on your hands as you enter the building. This is something we felt would put to rest any potential concerns of spreading something upon entering the building.
This is not forever, but we will continue it for the 5/24/20 service. I do however, want to add something concerning the hand sanitizer. Again, it’s mandatory, but now with a couple exceptions.
-
If you are allergic to hand sanitizer (and I’ll add ingredients below), please let Dianne know that you will just wash your hands in the restroom instead.
-
If you have some other reason you are opposed to hand sanitizer, you too can just wash your hands, and that should be sufficient.
We appreciate you working with us on these guidelines that we feel will help wipe out germs and concerns. What a simple fix! 😊
HAND SANITIZER INGREDIENTS
We have two scents of Camille Beckman hand sanitizer (70% alcohol content). It’s made with 99% isopropyl alcohol, water, glycerin, aloe Vera extract and a fragrant blend of 100% pure essential oils.
Our two scents, thus the oils included with the above ingredients, is Lavender Lemon, and Peppermint Orange and Clove.
PLEASE READ
As you’ve seen in previous weeks, we are practicing social distancing within the building. But one area we need to work a little better on is the seating. We have spaced the chair rows out considerably by removing some rows. There is extra seating at the back wall of the church and in the kitchen and lobby if necessary. Please spread out in each row with at least 2 seats between you and anyone else you do not live with. Also, please try not to sit directly in front of or behind another person.
FINALLY
If you haven’t already, please be sure to check out last week’s memo on Precautions Miracle City is taking, changes in the order of service and positions, and natural things you can do for safety.

Sunday (5/10/20), as I’ve already said, was wonderful. It was beautiful. And we’re so grateful for the folks who came on the first Sunday back! You guys are amazing! It was a very special day for James and me. And, I have to say service felt almost back to normal already.
We made face masks available for free if you wanted to wear one (and keep it). As I mentioned last week in my memo … “We have safety and disinfectant items available if you would feel better making use of them.” I encouraged wearing face masks if you could tolerate them (some can’t), but they were not mandatory and still are not mandatory. Why did I suggest masks? Because, not everyone’s faith is at the same level, so we want to make the environment feel safe for everyone. Plus, giving masks as an option, makes it comfortable for the ones who do feel they need one right now. We will never judge anyone for where they may be, nor if they want to take precautions others don't.
James and I personally don’t feel we need a mask (we will just abide by policies where required in public), but some felt more comfortable wearing them Sunday and that was fine. Some didn’t want to wear them and that was fine too. But as the service progressed, just about everyone took their mask off. You do what you feel in your heart to do.
The important thing was, we came together in the presence of our awesome God. We were NOT focused on the stuff in the world, or facemask issues, or anything like that. We came together to worship our God … in unity, in love, no one being judged, no one pointing the finger … just all eyes on the Lord! It was beautiful to James and I to see everyone working together like a church family should.
We know this pandemic will fade away and as I stated Sunday, we are safe with God! We trust Him and will continue to trust Him. And of course, we will continue to keep us all in prayer and covered by the blood of Jesus!
ARE WE OKAY HAVING CHURCH YET?
Absolutely! In the beginning of the pandemic, there were many unknowns about the virus and about the executive orders concerning it, the laws, etc. But we’ve learned some things along the way.
Our number one priority was and still is to keep our church family safe. We closed the church down on March 18th (our last service). This was direction from the Lord. Without being able to go into detail, we found out some information right after the last service that proved the protective hand of God was upon us in the direction He led us.
Since then we have found that the Michigan Executive Orders have stated that churches can meet, no matter the size. In the newest order (and maybe others we weren’t aware of), we found that no one will be fined for driving to and from church either. Of course, our Constitution gives us the right to meet, but we were looking at the safety of our church family, and following the direction of the Lord.
The biggest factor is that we now feel that God is telling us to start spreading normal again. There’s more going on than just a virus, and I won’t go into that now, but we are going to be led by God.
I shared multiple things Sunday that we could do in the natural to remain safe during this time, but the biggest thing we can do is to trust God, obey God, and keep fear out of our lives! Now, let’s look at some guidelines …
PRECAUTIONS MIRACLE CITY IS TAKING FOR YOUR SAFETY
-
The church has been disinfected and will continue to be disinfected.
-
Doorknobs, light switches, counters, toilet handles, faucets, etc.
-
-
We have provided hand sanitizer at the door for everyone entering the building. Please make use of this. Someone will be there to assist.
-
This is required upon entering the building.
-
-
We have alcohol sanitizer wipes to be used if you feel you need them.
-
This is optional.
-
-
We have face masks if you don’t already have one.
-
These are optional, but don’t feel bad if you want to wear one. No one will judge you.
-
-
We have a touch free infrared thermometer if you’d like someone to point it at your forehead and take your temperature.
-
This is optional.
-
CHANGES IN THE ORDER OF SERVICE & POSITIONS
-
The tithe bucket will be set up front. You can bring your tithes to the bucket once we announce, or you can put your tithe in the white wall mounted box to the right of the lady’s restroom. You can do this after service or during the offering.
-
We will conform to sanctuary distancing by staying out of groups and holding off on hugs, handshakes, etc. Even if you feel safe, the other person you grab may not! Please be respectful.
-
Here’s the sanctuary distancing rundown, in summary.
-
Stay out of groups while in the building. In other words, practice social distancing.
-
If you live together, you can sit together and hang out together.
-
No hugging.
-
No handshaking.
-
-
There will be no greeters for a season.

Miracle City Memo for Returning to Church 5/10/20
SUNDAY
5/10/20
10:30AM
The following guidelines will begin on Sunday, 5/10/20 at Miracle City. I know this is a bit long, but please read this entire memo!
These guidelines will continue for a small season as we trust GOD to bring things to a place of “even better than before.” We will keep you informed with any new information or changes.
We are not in fear by having guidelines. We do however, want to respect the concerns of every person in attendance. Not everyone’s faith may be where your faith is.
We will continue to preach against fear. We will continue to preach the protection promises of our awesome GOD. But we are easing back into “normal” and that may take a bit longer for some. We don’t want any folks to not attend church because they are concerned about their health and safety.
Remember, our media and some government folks put a lot of effort into spreading fear, panic, confusion, and bloated statistical information. Some folks were more susceptible than others to this information, maybe simply because they chose to spend time listening to it. Of course, we don’t know why folks are where they are in their faith, but we do know that whatever we continue to see and hear, will build our faith in that very thing, good or bad.
This is the very reason I’ve spent much time encouraging folks to stay away from the fear-based spread of information. It’s crucial that we DO NOT build our faith in the world’s stuff. And again, whatever we are focusing on and taking in, is what we are building our faith in. Multiple scriptures support this and multiple scriptures tell us to keep our focus on God!
The dangerous part of someone continually focusing on and taking in the wrong things, is that they won’t know they have built their faith in the devil’s stuff, and weakened their faith in GOD and His Word, until they are in a moment where they need that faith in GOD to rise up. What well will they draw from if they are not filled with GOD’s Word?!
Also, there may be other reasons for folks to be concerned right now. Pre-existing health issues, age, other “more susceptible” family members they live with, etc. But regardless of why someone is where they are, we will love them, respect them, and be considerate to walk them out of their place of concern.
Bullying or guilting folks to believe like we do, never teaches them anything, but instead pushes them further away from their answer. Plus, guilt is of the devil, not GOD! So, we want no one to take on guilt right now. Just know that there is a place of peace and trust in GOD!
I’ve kept this church in prayer and will continue to do so. I believe we will indeed see the glory of our Risen LORD! I believe an outpouring of the Spirit of GOD like we’ve never seen is upon us. I believe revival is upon us. I believe mighty things are getting ready to explode from the depths of GOD’s extraordinary, unfailing: love, presence and power!
Because I have chosen to keep my eyes on GOD, His Word, and His plan during this season, I see GOD’s hand upon this nation. I see GOD’s hand upon His church. I see the glory of the LORD getting ready to fill His people and fill this land! I’m very excited about 2020! It will be what our GOD says it will be! Glorious! Miraculous! Victorious!
If your heart and eyes are not on these things, I encourage you to switch gears NOW! Don’t stay in neutral (not doing anything), and most definitely don’t stay in reverse (focused on worldly things … or fear of man, fear of viruses, fear of your future, etc).
Let’s start brand new on 5/10/20! Let’s do a cut and reset! Let’s come in the church building in love with GOD and in love with His people! Let’s leave the past in the past. Let’s get our eyes off the media, off the things man THINKS he’s going to do to us, off the virus, off the fear, off the gloom, etc. … and get them on GOD and His never-failing Word!
Now is the time for greater things! Now is the time for GOD’s glory! You are the people He will flow through! Your best days are yet to come!
Rise up church! You are children of the Most-High GOD! Your DADDY is ruler of all things! Your DADDY who never sleeps and never slumbers has you in His hand and is well aware of what the enemy is trying to pull on His kids. And if you don’t think He already has a fail-proof plan, you’re looking in the wrong direction!
Read the end of the Book! Its already been spoken. Its already written! We win! JESUS is returning for a glorious church! A healthy church! A wealthy church! A victorious church! We will be neon signs that reflect the goodness, love and power of our amazing GOD!
Stand up! Be strong! Believe! Pray like you’ve never prayed before! I can’t emphasize this enough! I’m telling you from the depths of my spirit … PRAY!!!!!!
James and I love you! Jesus loves you! Everything is going to be just fine! And better yet … everything is going to be WONDERFUL! Get ready church! We’re getting ready to run!

--------------------------------------------
GUIDELINES
We will have regular 10:30am Sunday services from this point forward, starting 5/10/20.

Wednesday services, 6:30pm, will resume soon. We will announce shortly.

With the exception of this Sunday, 5/10/20, we will continue with 9:30am prayer in the sanctuary on Sunday’s.

There will be no greeters at the front door for a season.

We have safety and disinfectant items available if you would feel better making use of them:

-
We have face masks you can take (and keep) if you don’t have one. One face mask per person please. We encourage face masks during the service if you can tolerate them. If you feel you don’t need one, maybe you can consider wearing it for the other person who is concerned? We do not recommend you wear a face mask all day every day, although that’s your decision. We feel that could worsen things and is unhealthy.
-
We have alcohol wipes in the lobby for your hands or for anything you would care to wipe down. These are not to be used on your face!

-
There is also alcohol hand disinfectant spray in the lobby if you’d like it sprayed on your hands.

Let’s conform to social distancing by staying out of groups and holding off on your huggy/kissy/handshake moments. Even if you feel safe, the other person may not! Please be respectful.

Also, please be seated as directed by the paper’s you will see placed on the chairs. You’ll see when you arrive, that we have blocked off some seating. If you come later than others, you may be sitting in the kitchen or in the lobby. Again, this is just for a small season. If you end up seated in the kitchen, please refrain from making coffee and having breakfast during the service. This might distract others. 😊
Finally, please make use of the many teaching materials we have provided for you to keep your faith strong. And again, please pray. It’s not just about our needs. This nation needs GOD like never before.

-
2 Chronicles 7:14 … If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, I will listen to them from heaven. I will forgive their sin. And I will heal their land.

Parking Lot Praise this Sunday 4/5/20 @ 1:30pm
SUNDAY
4/5/20
1:30PM
Hello sweet MC family! We are going to do something a bit different, but something we were led by God to do! This Sunday, 4/5/20, at 1:30pm … we will be having Parking Lot Praise. Hallelujah! We are so excited!!
You can stay in your car or stand next to it! We're gathering for one reason. To WORSHIP JESUS in the middle of the storm! Come with a heart to worship HIM!
We will practice social distancing. We will be respectful to where everyone’s faith may be! Don’t accuse us of being in fear because we are following the direction of God, wise guidelines, an executive order, and considering our seniors and those who’s faith may not be where yours is! We don’t want anyone focused on anything but JESUS!
We will not be gathering inside the church. We will only have parking lot praise, so don’t drink a gallon of coffee 😊. I have a message at 10:30am that’s LIVE STREAM only. You can watch it at 10:30am or any time later. Just hang onto the link you will receive tomorrow. James and I will then move everything to the parking lot. That’s why we need a bit of time after I preach.
At 1:30 pm we will begin …
We're going to raise a hallelujah to our KING of KINGS & LORD of LORDS!
We're going to lift up our GOD and bring HEAVEN DOWN!
We're expecting a nationwide breakthrough as we worship our AMAZING GOD!
We believe HEAVEN will invade the EARTH!
Again, this is about JESUS! And this is about the church pressing into a place of VICTORY! This whole world needs GOD to do something amazing RIGHT NOW! He says HE inhabits our praises to HIM! And we are expecting HIM to show up and do something astounding! Come expecting just that!
This will be done in love! And since we are expecting the very presence of our KING, please leave anything other than love at home! Come expecting an outpouring of His Spirit! Come expecting breakthroughs, miracles and God’s perfect will to be done! All for His Glory!

Live stream notice and an important message ...
WED
3/25/20
Hello church family ...
First, we want to see how everyone is doing? We sure do miss gathering with our church family in the presence of our awesome God. We can't wait to get together again! Maybe we can have a picnic or some type of fun, fellowship event when this "stay home order" is over!
If anyone needs anything, please give us a call and we'll do what we can. You can also call or text us any time if there's something you want to share, or to let us know how you're doing. (James 810-444-8956 ... Robbi 810-444-8900)

After reviewing the executive order by Governor Whitmer, James and I feel we will not be in violation to go to the church and do the live stream services on Sundays. As long as just James and I (part of a single household) publicly gather, I think we will be fine to do live stream. However, no one else can join us or we will be in violation (see the order below).
-----------------------------------------------
Be strong, stay home, stay safe, and keep your focus where it belongs. That is so crucial right now. Way too many folks are turning their focus to why this is happening, how this is happening, who started it, where is this headed, etc.. Focusing on these things will most definitely keep our focus OFF where it needs to be right now.
And where does it need to be right now? On God. On His word. We should be praising and worshiping our awesome God. We should be praying for REVIVAL and praying in the spirit. We should be learning to be led by the Holy Spirit right now. Because, no matter what anyone is saying about this virus and the things going on in the world right now, there is only one fix and HIS NAME IS JESUS!!!!!

It's okay to watch good ministers and to be informed, but don't park there. Find out what you believe God wants you to do in this time. Stop listening to all the many voices that don't line up with scripture and REMEMBER THIS ... no matter what happens in the world, our wonderful God has PROMISED TO KEEP US SAFE!

Don't get into fear, stay in faith. But if you keep focusing on the world's viewpoint of things, you'll almost unaware slip into fear! That is not good, especially now. Please, keep your focus on the LORD and His promises to us! HE DOES NOT LIE. If he said it, then IT IS TRUTH THAT WE CAN COUNT ON AND REST IN!

We'll connect again soon! James and I love you so much! We're here if you need us!
------------------------------------------------

Part of the executive order ...
Subject to the exceptions in section 7, all individuals currently living within the State of Michigan are ordered to stay at home or at their place of residence. Subject to the same exceptions, all public and private gatherings of any number of people occurring among persons not part of a single household are prohibited.

A letter to our church family
MONDAY
3/23/20
Dear Miracle City family ...
I just watched a press conference with Governor Whitmer. She enforced a "Stay Home Stay Safe" executive order for the next three weeks for all of Michigan, except for critical work and needs. It starts midnight tonight, 3/23/20.

She said if we don't take this seriously, she will look into extending the 3 week order.

Also, I did some research on what happens if we disobey a state executive order, and the information I found said a fine of $5000 and up to one year in jail.

So, unless I can find out otherwise, we won't be doing live stream on Sunday's because we have to do them from church where the equipment is. I'm going to try to find out if churches can still livestream by just the pastors being in the building to livestream. I don't see the harm in it, but I'm also not willing to start a jail ministry and be the next Paul-ette, nor am I prepared to hand over $5000. :-)

So, I will write more in a bit, but for now, stay home, stay safe. Use this time to grow closer to the Lord. Take communion every day!!!!!
Thank you, Pastor Robbi

A letter to our church family
Saturday
3/21/20
Dear Miracle City family,
Pastor Robbi here. I’m including my thoughts and direction concerning the coronavirus that we’ve all heard way too much about in the media.
But first, remember this, Jesus is still Lord, and He is still Lord over America! We have the victory over this battle. Even though we believers, by faith, call this coronavirus DEAD NOW in the name of Jesus, even the media and the statistics are reporting the virus is dying, and there are great signs of hope. I believe this thing will start to quickly diminish and then come to a “suddenly” stop. I’m still expecting!
I recently shared an exciting prophetic word from Kenneth Copeland concerning the coronavirus, and I can include it in a second message on this page. But, we do believe God has heard our prayers and everything is going to be just fine.
Currently, as you know, in our nation, we are dealing with various bans, restrictions, and mandates at our own state and local levels, as well as serious recommendations from our President. But Jesus tells us in John 16:33 that even though there will be trouble in the world, we can take heart, because He has overcome the world! These bans and restrictions will lift, and we’ll be back in full swing again soon!
In the meantime, as sad as I am to make this announcement, I have peace that I am following the Lord’s direction. I have made the call to do this Sunday (3/22/20) as a virtual (live stream) service only. I will also be canceling all Wednesday services until further notice. We will take a look at things to decide whether or not to do a virtual service on Sunday, 3/29/20. And, I will send everyone a link where they can watch the services.
Why have I decided to go this direction? As I stated above, I’m following God’s direction. This came after much prayer and seeking God. I have felt led this way for many days now. Then yesterday, many things unfolded that I believe only added confirmation.
I’ll start with a letter to James and I from Mark Barclay that said, “Just because we are holy, anointed, and spiritual doesn’t mean we don’t have any common sense. And just because we have common sense doesn’t mean we are not holy, anointed, and spiritual. We are fighting a natural enemy and a supernatural enemy. We curse both!”
Mark is right. We must never be in fear and we must always be led by God, but we can’t throw out common sense and wisdom.
Another deciding factor for me to write this letter now, was something President Trump has said over and over for the past week or so. He has almost begged EVERYONE to stay out of groups that total more than 10. His reason being, “Let’s just stay home for 15 days and this thing will end quickly.”
Our Michigan Governor has gone from a mandate of no more than 250 meeting at once, down to no more than 50. She has followed suit with the President, so I suspect she may even make 10 the mandate for Michigan. But whether she does or doesn’t, I feel we would be wrong to not follow the highly recommended advice of our President. That coupled with what’s in my heart from the Lord, I feel it’s the only direction we can take.
James and my concern for the safety of our church and all our family, is of utmost importance to us. We are completely fear free and walking in faith concerning this situation, but even so, we had situations in our own church that were eye opener’s. So, we will not take any chances with the folks we love so much.
A bit more information that I received yesterday, that will show that God is putting this on the heart of many. Some major ministries that just days ago declared they would not close their doors, did a turn-around when President Trump’s spiritual leader, Paula White, and the gentleman who assists Vice-President Pence’s task force, contacted all the other spiritual leaders associated with President Trump, and asked everyone “to accept ‘responsibility’ in complying with the latest guidelines of 10 people in a meeting.”
When Billye Brim heard that word, she decided she would do so. She said, “Not out of fear, but out of respect for the office of the President of the United States.” I agree with Billye Brim and the other ministries that followed that same recommendation.
Those ministries (as of this writing) were: Kenneth Copeland, Keith Moore, Mark Barclay, Bishop Butler (in Detroit, Michigan area), Alfonso Vargas, as well as many of our local churches. Many of us, exercising our faith said we would remain open. But following God and honoring our President's request is the right direction to go.
Well, I’ve said a lot, and I’ll definitely be staying connected with you through this all. So please check your text messages regularly because I’ll keep posting to this page, and I’ll notify you via text when I post. We want to stay connected so you can stay informed. Like I said earlier, I will be sending everyone the link to this Sunday’s virtual service. You can watch it from your cell phone, your tablet, or your computer. You can watch it right when the service starts or you can watch it later. Just don’t get too comfy watching church in your jammies. We want to see you back soon!
We will come out of this stronger than before! God is with us! We have the victory!
Now one last thing. Some have asked about tithing. Yes, we would greatly appreciate you continuing your seed to the Lord. We still have bills to pay and we don’t want something like this to cause us to crumble. Of course we trust God, but God is the one who initiated the tithe. We appreciate all you’ve ever sown into Miracle City, and I am always praying over your seed for great and suddenly harvest!
You can mail tithe checks to:
Miracle City
4380 Grand Blanc Rd
Swartz Creek, MI 48473
Or, you can safely sow online by selecting the link below:
And of course, you can always contact me if you have any questions.
Stay home. Stay safe! This will be over soon. Now's a great time to press into a closer relationship with our awesome Lord!

James and I love you with all our hearts. We will be missing you so much, but we will stay connected and you can call or text either of us, anytime!
